ORDER PROCESSING (Preparing Santa's Sleigh)
Order processing time refers to the time needed to perform quality checks, package your order, and prepare it for international dispatch.

Holiday Season Note: Due to high demand during peak shopping season (November & December), processing time may extend by 1-2 days. Please order early to ensure timely holiday arrival!

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Once your order has left the Petopia Kingdom:

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your Tracking Number.

The tracking number will be updated within 48 hours of receiving the email and can be used on the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's journey.
TAXES, CUSTOMS, AND IMPORT DUTIES
